The interiors were custom designed and decorated and all household amenities have been provided for with complete set of linens, towels, china, glassware, kitchen equipment including separate freezer, icemaker, garbage disposal, microwave oven, etc. Designed by a California architect, elegance and quiet luxury abound.
The pool deck with its fantastic view of the Caribbean is the perfect place to sun, read or simply gaze at the spectacular coastline or the lush mountains of Montserrat which provide the dramatic backdrop of the estate.
The gracious Great Room is airy and spacious and a relaxing spot for conversation or to enjoy a concert environment for enjoyment of the music of your choice. Where is Montserrat?
Montserrat is an island of outstanding beauty, warm friendly people and old warm charm. Unspoiled beaches, clear waters, verdant mountainsides and fresh tropical breezes await the world-weary visitor. The population is 11,000 with English as the official language which is often spoken with an Irish brogue as a heritage left by the early Irish settlers. The island is 39 square miles (7 miles wide by 12 miles long), a British Dependent Territory and uses the Eastern Caribbean Dollar as its official currency. (EC $2.67 to US $1.00). The capital city is Plymouth. Montserrat is 4 hours behind Greenwich Meantime and 1 hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time and a short, 15 minute flight from Antigua.

The property is available weekly at rates ranging from $3,500 to $6,500 U.S., plus a security deposit of $500 (U.S.) and a government tax of 7%. Terms are 50% payment upon request for reservation and balance paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Palmhurst has complete staff, including maids, gardeners and pool service. Cook, houseman, driver and special services are available on request.

Activities: Golf (Montserrat Golf Club), Tennis (Hotel Courts) Hiking Trails, Sailing, Diving & Water Sports.
Check-In/Check-Out Time: Check-in 2:00 p.m.; Check-out 11:00 a.m. If no guests are expected you may stay at the villa until your departure time.
Tipping: Though not required, tipping is a nice way of saying " thanks" for service rendered any place in the world. Remember to tip at the end of your stay.
Cancellations/Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival. Christmas and New Years, 90 days prior to arrival. If space can be re-booked for exact rental dates, a $100 service fee will be deducted and deposit refunded. No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Rates are subject to change without notice.
